If you want to earn something back for your purchases at Carter's, sign up for their reward program to earn points. Each dollar you spend is worth one point and with 75 points you earn a $10 reward.

Shipping is a flat rate $6 or free with orders of $50 or more. Carter's will give a full refund, less shipping and handling, for unused items returned with an original sales receipt. If you return an item without a receipt, you will receive merchandise credit for the current selling price. However, if they are able to look up your transaction, your return will be processed as a return with a receipt.
