If you find that an item is not right for you, you have 30 days to get a refund either in store or online, provided that the item has not been damaged or soiled in any way and that all labels and tags are still attached. Cosmetics and underwear/swimwear bottoms are exempt from being returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
