Orders can ship standard delivery, express delivery or premium delivery. Each one of these tiers have a different price that will show on your shopping cart while you are checking out. Returns must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered. You will not be reimbursed the shipping and handling charges unless your return is because the item is defective. You must fill out the return form that came with your order. QVC will provide a return label but there will be a fee for this.
