What is Road Runner Sports Shipping/Return Policy?
Free standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, 2-3 day upgraded shipping is an additional $7.00, and 1-2 day express shipping is an additional $20.00. There's a 60-day return policy for non-VIP members on new, unused apparel and shoes. VIP members have 90-days to test new shoes and return them for exchange. Rewards Plus members have the same 90-day, test-run return policy for shoes and apparel. All customers can use the Easy Return process for free. It takes 2-3 weeks to process returns and exchanges.
