Shutterfly offers five different shipping speeds as well as international shipping. If there is a mistake or damage to your order and Shutterfly is at fault, the replacement items are free but if the mistake was your own error you will be responsible for 50% of the new item. Most of the time unwanted or damaged items do not have to be returned, but all items require a return form which can be found on their website.
